Scott Davis is one of Australia's most experienced yacht sales professionals, with a lifelong career in the marine industry and more than 30 years specialising in luxury yacht sales and brokerage.

Scott combines extensive market knowledge with a calm, client-focused approach that has earned the trust of owners and buyers across Australia.

Having worked with some of the world's leading yacht brands, including nearly two decades with Princess Yachts in both the UK and Australia, Scott brings a unique understanding of the luxury yacht market and the ownership experience. His strong relationships within the boating community, attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best outcome for every client make him a trusted advisor throughout the buying and selling journey.

Tony Jones brings decades of experience in the marine industry and is highly regarded for his expertise in luxury yacht sales and commitment to exceptional client service. His extensive knowledge of premium motor yachts, market trends and customer expectations allows him to provide trusted advice and a personalised experience for every client.

Throughout his career, Tony has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity and delivering successful outcomes. Whether assisting clients with the purchase of a new yacht or guiding them through the brokerage process, his focus is always on ensuring a seamless and enjoyable ownership journey.

Tony plays an important role in growing Princess Yachts Australia's presence in the market, strengthening relationships with owners and buyers, and representing the brand at key industry events, including the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.

Justin Thorpe has been in the Marine industry for 25 x years.

He started off as a Shipwright in Adelaide, completing his apprenticeship and moving straight up to the Gold Coast, where he started with an Australian Boat Building brand in 2004. Merging from the factory into warranty and then landing in sales for new and pre-owned motoryachts in 2011.

His passion of working one on one with clients new motoryacht builds, has been a strength because of his experience working on so many of them, as well as selling a large range of pre-owned vessels.  His favourite part of his job, whether it be selling new or used – is handing the boat over and completing something the customer has been working hard for and manifesting.

From a boating family, Matt spent his childhood Boating, fishing and water-skiing SE Qld.

At 20 years old, Matt purchased his first charter vessel, spending the next 15 years on various boats offshore Reef and Game Fishing the East Coast as well as delivering vessels up and down the coast.

Matt has Master V and MED II Commercial skipper and engineering qualifications with decades of practical experience.

Since 2015, Matt has been selling New and pre-owned Motor Yachts, working closely with clients to guide and support them throughout their boating journey. Many who remain close clients and friends today.

Andy heads the Princess Yachts Australia service department. Andy was born in the United Kingdom and spent his early years as an engineer in the research and development department at Princess Yachts in Plymouth. The knowledge that Andy brings to Princess Yachts Australia and its customers is unsurpassed. Andy knows almost all the clients in Australia by name.

Princess Yachts Australia is proud to have Kevin as the Queensland Service Manager. With a wealth of experience in the global marine industry, Kevin brings extensive knowledge from working in world-class shipyards both in Australia and overseas.

His expertise in yacht service, refits, and project management makes him a valuable member of the team, ensuring that Princess Yachts owners receive the highest level of care and support. 

The Princess Yachts Australia team includes Joel Murray as our full-time Detailing Manager. With a background in the Navy and experience running his own successful detailing business, Joel brings a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail to the team.

His expertise ensures that every vessel receives the highest standard of care, maintaining the luxury and performance expected from our brand. 

Renee Haines is an integral part of the Princess Yachts Australia team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the business while helping deliver the exceptional service experience for which the brand is known. Working closely with Managing Director Greg Haines, she plays a key role in client communications, administration, events and owner relations.

Known for her professionalism, attention to detail and welcoming nature, Renee is often the first point of contact for clients and a familiar face at Princess Yachts Australia events. Her ability to build strong relationships and ensure every detail is managed seamlessly contributes significantly to the personalised ownership experience enjoyed by Princess owners.
